How long does it take to get it out? Is it done the same day or do you have to stay overnight at the clinic?

Id guess same day, you get your tonsils removd and are home the next day wouldnt this me a little slice and than have it pulled out? Or no?

Its a minor surgery at a clinic with local anesthetic, but damn an incision and stitches to get rid off 2 seconds off clumsiness. I feel so stupid.

It really is not that huge a deal but it is funny and stupid, so I had to share.

I though I would never beat my last idiotic moment where I rested a sword on my boot and while empathically speaking to a friend, pushed down...

That sucks, im so sorry. A few years ago i was in a forest hanging on a brach and fell into a bush, a piece of wood went into my skin and t never came out so i have a lump on the side of my thumb, id like to get it removed but itd be expensive andd eosnt really bother me.

Wow that is.. certainly a new one ;)

Well since i've been sick and house bound i was sort of limited to stupidity within my home. The dumbest thing i can think of is not checking the temperature of my corn muffin when i took it out of the microwave this morning, gave my mouth a slight surprise. Then to calm that I drank, what else, scalding tea :p

I have done the douse burning food with even hotter liquid before.
Hurts and not that funny. well kind off.

I test drove my neighbors Land Rover that she's selling and I am interested in it.

The brake pedal is normal sized, but very far to the right. The gas pedal is about 1/2 the size of deck of cards and is placed like ontop of brake pedal (not literally but way too close).

My dad was driving it and we stopped in a parking lot to look at it better and so that I could drive back to her house. Driving in the parking lot I noticed the brake pedal had to be pushed far to get a lot of power, and same with the gas. So I was driving and went to slowly put on the brakes, but I was actually pushing down both so I came kinda close to hitting a car. When I went to pull out of the parking lot, I couldn't find the gas and I really pissed of this guy behind me because I missed my opportunity to get out of the parking lot for like 5 min.

If anyone has driven a Discovery Series I you might know what I am talking about. My dad had the same gripe.

Its a very... unique vehicle. I like it though.

Come on people I know that there are people out there who do dumb things... whether by accident or on purpose.

I visited my grandma in the nursing home. I watched them play horseshoe for like 1/2 our. They put a stick thing next to the wheel chair and they dropped it and see if they could get it. It was ridiculous.

Good stories... hmmm.

I was vacuuming my pool. The vacuum is on a telescoping pole. I was scrubbing hard with it because there was some algae. The the thing that keep the pole from un-telescoping broke and I went right into the pool with my clothes on. It sucked.

One time I was at my computer and sitting on my ankle for like a half hour. My dog was barking to come in so I got up and ran. Little did I realize that my foot had gone numb. I look like 4 steps where I put all the weight on my numb foot and my ankle didn't lock so I was like stepping on with the top of my foot. I fell flat on my face and hurt my ankle for like 3 days.

Nice to hear the chip is gone, that must be a relief.
Have a nice flight.
:)

I've posted this elsewhere but...

I came across a used iPod Shuffle (1st generation 512 Mb) which I forgot that I had (don't ask...). Picked it up, and idly pressed the battery switch, it glowed green... so... I held the shuffle up to my ear to see if it was still working.

I licked my MBP power adapter out of curiosity.

That's how me and my dad would find out what coax cable was hot (because of a short in a TV). I ended up finding the live wire. :(
Can't remember how much was going through it, but it made me jump a little :)

I've never had the benefit of having been to a class as exciting as watching a teacher put a chip inside of himself. Although, I have been to one too many where the teacher loses his temper and just walks out of the classroom. :)

You should see my lecture where I bash pig heads with machetes, hammers and baseball bats...the pigs are dead in case you are wondering... and its for a forensic anthropology class.

Well, duh, anything is going to die after being hit in the head with machetes, hammers and baseball bats. :p

I swear I de-selected it...

Anyhow, was listening to a new album and was getting terribly disappointed because the first track wasn't really my thing and I was tying to give it a fair shake-- but it was dragging on and on and on...

Er. Yeah. I had repeat a single track still on.
