The poll I started limited me to 20 items, but I had several more of interest, so this is 'Part 2' to cover those. I know it's a lot, but home networking is a pretty in-depth matter.
My Birdfy works as advertised. I guess it is the same camera (1080p) as some security systems or baby monitors. Wi-Fi is 2.4 GHz so reaches most of my back garden after I moved my extra access point to the back of the house. I get short movies of bird activity. Camera isn't marvellous, but good enough. Problems: the local Sparrows gorge on the small seed and scatter the big stuff, whilst Rosellas delicately eat the big seeds (holding them in one claw) and scatter small stuff! A Currawong who visits occasionally just picks out the big seeds and leaves the rest alone. I would like to attract nectar feeders, but have not rigged up anything to attract them. The local Possum is captured at night. It broke the perch (now fixed) and I have attached floppy netting below the feeder to discourage it.
All off topic, but makes the poll more interesting. 🙂
