So, being a .NET developer, I really mainly use Windows which should me that I should get a "real PC". Problem is, I have NEVER found anything that can compare to the MBP with regards to build quality etc. Every year I tell myself that next year I will get a real PC based on problems with missing keyboard buttons, insufficient drivers etc but so far, it has always ended with me buying yet another MBP and run BootCamp on it.

What are your experiences with running BootCamp mainly on the MBP 15 2016? How much of a problem is the TouchBar compared to real keys? What about fan noise when being forced to run dGPU?

Any opinions and thoughts are welcome. Thanks.

Well, uh, for about the first week they were out installing Boot Camp would literally blow up your speakers. That issue has since been fixed, and my performance has been fine since then.

The Touch Bar reverts to the traditional function buttons in Windows.

I typically use Windows 10 through bootcamp to play the occasional game (Overwatch for the most part). I don't know whats happened recently (Windows updated perhaps), but the WiFi now drops CONSTANTLY. It will not stay connected for more than a few minutes.

On the macOS side, I have no problems.

Just in case: trackpad gestures for 3, 4 and 5 fingers can now be enabled on Late-2016 generation running Windows 10 (with Trackpad++ alternate driver)

Thanks for input all. What about keyboard remapping, does it work well with the TouchBar? Especially converting the F12 to "Delete" in order for Ctrl-Alt-Delete to work is wha I usually do first thing.

You should also download the latest unofficial amd bootcamp drivers to get the most out of your gpu in Windows at bootcampdrivers.com
