So I was browsing on Facebook recently and that side bar where I can Facebook while facebooking, contained a message about a friend using spotify. For those not familiar, spotify is an online music service. Anyway, the logo that pops up along with the spotify message contains a logo awfully familiar to any Mac/IOS user. If you haven't guessed it already, the logo resembles (ok, resembles is too weak a word, let's say "copies") the iTunes logo!

I feel another legal battle coming from Apple :apple:! Cheers!

That is not the logo you see on FB, it is the iTunes one sans disc.

However to the OP apple can't sue, if they sue then they have to sue musicians that use the thing in their music.
