I went to see a web site from a reputable inventor and got this massive error box after a few stalled minutes. Has anyone gotten this before from firefox? What is it????

OK, yes...that completely borked Safari for me as well. It hung my entire system...I was just about to a hard reboot when it unfroze for me.

I'm not sure I'd call something that was featured on QVC a "reputable" product.

They appear to be using MegaCount, a hit counter that deploys all sorts of adware/spyware, etc. I'm glad I was on a Mac when I went there.

I didn't have any more luck with the Firefox 2 nightly I'm running.

I got a request to save a Windows Metafile, as you can see from the abbreviated screenshot. The odd dialog box with the Chinese characters showed up 3 times before I force quit Firefox.

Odd that it did manage to download two others without asking: x8fyiett.wmf and 47yir8hg.wmf
