He's made a right mess of things and I think I'd look like this if I was in his shoes

Well sir Clive Woodward has been a Southampton so I guess he wouldn't have felt to comfortable managing their and wanted to return to Portsmouth but they have turned him down and nows hes out a job. Atleast thats why I understand from it, haven't taken to much interest in it.

Only in football...

Seriously though, he should probably retire and save himself any more hassle.

Still, if he's looking for some company on Saturday afternoon, he could always give the equally jobless Gazza a call...

Yeah saw that too. I don't know who was more deluded there, Kettering for thinking it would work or Gazza for thinking he'd be able to do it. The guy is trying hard for redemption but it just doesn't seem to happen for him.

Funny - he was on Sky News yesterday, walking out of his club... on the mobile phone... with something thrust down the front of his trousers.

On CLOSER inspection, it was revealed to be a photograph of HIMSELF... (perhaps there in case he was confronted by a fan, and didn't want to be caught short?!?)

What a bizarre chap!

As for Gazza, he probably looked at George Best's funeral - and thought: "Hey - what the hell! The World LOVES a drunk!!" - so, he promptly fell off the wagon.

What a MUPPET.

And now hes manager of Pompey again! Only till the end of the season.
