I seem to have some weird stuff going on with my Mac.
It is the 1300 Euro version, with i5 and 256 GB SSD. I have been using it for a good 2 months now. I use it for simple movie editing and mobile use. It has been a great time, and I have loved the way this laptop performed. Specially the Battery lifetime. But lately I have been faced with this:

Now it isn't anything special, I have recorded this on the spot with my phone. And the quality is not terrific either, since my internet is Amazingly slow, so I didn't want to make it bigger than 50 MB.
Moving on.
Moving around a windows is fine, but everything else is just "Unusable". It is frankly impossible to use this computer in it's state. Opening and closing something, using mission control, or viewing the app drawer, is EXTREMELY jaggy, and causes a great deal of delay.
I'm sorry, but having paid 1300 Euro, I cannot stress enough how this makes me regret this purchase. And sadly the 14 days return time is long gone, or else I would have run back to Apple, and returned it in an instant.

I don't know what causes this, I have installed Maya 2015 lately, and also Adobe CC. But the fact is, that this OS install is "brand" new, and I had just restarted the Mac before making this video.

1300 is a lot of money, for something that fails so soon, and I have had many laptops that cost only a fraction of the price, and my oldest one, that is still use, workes flawlessly after 6 of gaming.

So, do any of you have any idea of why this is?

Seems like plain old retina graphical lag to me.

Hmm, this cant be normal, it is way to "aggressive". At this point it is simply impossible to use this thing. Scrolling causes incredible graphical delay, and makes everything tear, and is just a chore to look at. I think I need to reinstall OSX... I hoped I was done with reinstalling OS after moving to a Mac laptop instead of Windows. I guess I was wrong...
Has it always been this way, or just after Steve Jobs departed? D:
This is my first Mac PC after all.

No, it's not normal. It looks like the hardware accelerate graphics is disabled. You are not in Safe mode, right?
Since you already tried SMC & PRAM resets, I would suggest try reinstall the OS. Something might have happened to your graphic drivers.
If you boot from the Recovery HD you should be able to just reinstall just the OS. Try that first. If that does not work, a clean install might. Remember to backup your drive.
