What this problem with Apple cinema display

Recently my Apple cinema display 23" got this mark and larger day by day. Anyone have experience on this issue and solutions would be help me lot.

Its condition is still very good. Where can i find a replacement with good condition monitor like this?? Im not prefer glossy screen from cinema or thunderbolt display...
