iPad mini What time can I order for store pick up?

Does anyone know what time I could place an order for iPad Mini store pick up?
Apple store only says "Available starting 9.24"

In-store inventory is usually released early in the morning. I think someone else said 3-5AM EST.

BestBuy just went live to order and pickup Friday.

I had no problem placing my order for a Space Grey 256GB just a few minutes ago at 8:15 AM Eastern time. Pickup window is 1-1:15 pm. 🤗

I’m lucky that my Apple store is only a 10 minute drive from my home.
