Scary thing is I'm old enough to be his father too!

I'm usually in bed by 21:30 on week days.
Stop using my Mac (ie. posting on MR) about 10 minutes later.
Actually I use my PowerBook to play audiobooks while I sleep. It's on a timer so an hour after I start the timer the audiobook stops and the PB sleeps.

but usually I go to bed 2-3am, stop using my mac whenever I go to bed... I'm on it all night. Sometimes it's as late as 4-5am since I have nothing to do during the day.

One school starts though it's more 1-2am

    working 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
    sleep - 12 a.m.
    mac - 12 a.m.

I have to take Ambien to go to sleep and usually stop using the Mac at the same time I go to sleep ;)

It got me once. Those that have a Macbook Pro know how sharp the front edge of the laptop is and one night I was working and fell asleep and Bang! I woke up and the bridge of my nose was hurting and bleeding. I thought, that hurt and started to type again. Bam, it happened again and I decided it was time to go to bed.

Just subtract however long it takes me to turn off the light and walk upstairs from my day and that's how long I use my computer.

I also turn it on or sit down at it very first thing in the morning every single day.

In other words unless I have something specific to do outside, I am at (one of my) computer(s) pretty much 24/7 and even then, I sometimes take my laptop out to the store/show whatever with me.

Failing that I have my iPod touch with me at all times also.

    Sad, no? :(

    I'm "29" ;)

I use the macs at random times and most often during the day hours. Not very often when the husband is home in the evenings and weekends, as I much prefer time with him over time with computers. (duh!)

Bedtime - usually before 11pm all days of the week, maybe midnight on the weekends. :p (We're lazy old sods like that.)
