What time does the Apple.com Store come back up?

Does anyone know at what time more or less Apple has historically brought their online store back up? Is it only a few minutes before midnight Pacific Time? I really hope not.

Title is misleading... LOL. I would say it goes back up 3AM EST.

Yes, it will stay down until pre-order time. Maybe a minute or two early, but not much.
