According to Apple the last few years, they always seem to follow a set time for certain launches. Have they announced if a seperate time will be provided for launch? Or is it 10am when they open?

My local Best Buy told me they will release when the store opens (10AM).
Hopefully this is the new policy for future iPads and not just for the new iPad.
