I haven't really seen anything definite around. What time does preordering start for apple, AT&T, radioshack, walmart?

No one knows, and no one will no until it's announced or the site just goes up. This has been asked countless times.

That's because there is nothing definite around yet, and you will be asked to go and read the FAQ at least seven times, even though it doesn't have the answer 🙂
