On apple.com iPhones normally show up just after 12:01 AM Cupertino time on the release date. Sometimes 30 or 40 minutes after. So based on your name OP I'm guessing you live in Alabama which is CDT, so set your alarm for 2:15 AM.
I have no idea when best buy will update.

They have always done that. Their unlocked prices for phones can be pretty ridiculous too. I remember them trying to sell a nexus at $600 when they were $350 on the play store.

I'm wondering the same about tmobile. I called but they didn't know. Their internal memo said that they were indeed doing orders in the 24th but there was no information about the time. All their website currently allows for is inputting your email to receive a notification.
