You know how when you rip a recorded DVD with TV shows or something, the audio is much lower than say a song or TV show sold on iTunes.

Same way, if you have an EyeTV. The audio doesn't go as loud as a song, or whatever. What do you guys do to remedy that? Do you just slide the volume adjustment slider in iTunes?

    Thanks

    I hear you (albeit quietly).

Before syncing, I usually click :apple:I while highlighting the file in question in iTunes.

I then hit the options tab and adjust the volume to max. I think this translates to the Apple TV but it could just be my ears telling me what I want to hear.

Let me know if you have any luck.

In settings there is a sound check option. If you enable it, I think it tries to bring the average volume level to be the same. However, I have not tested it much.
