what to do cone july 11th

I hope I'm right. on July 11th I'm going to my local o2 shop to buy a 3g iPhone. but what do I pay for it? I'm currently on the iPhone £45 pm. do I pay £59 and just add 18 months to my contract or do I have to pay £159 and still add 18 months.

I'm from the USA, so I am not sure about the UK, but I would assume you will pay for the new phone ($199 or $299 for us), and then pay for any increase in the monthly cost for the 3G data.

Don't know if that really helps you with O2 though...
