What to do if you purchased item and seller is now suspended?

I’m not sure which forum to ask this in, or who to contact, if anyone, but I purchased an item from someone in the marketplace, and of course I did pp gift. Well, the seller is now suspended, and I have no idea how to contact them regarding my purchase.

Anything I can do about this?

Can’t answer that, but it happens all the time on here - very common. Can’t say I’ll do that again. Live and learn.

I see it all the time, I was just unsure why anyone would do it unless they knew the seller or it was a really, really good deal.

If give someone $1K PPG for something, afaik there is no recourse if you end up getting it DOA.

I was just curious of someone’s reasoning of doing a PPG deal.

I am now curious to why the member was suspended, was it something to do with issues in the MR marketplace.

Don't you have his email address thanks to sending him money via paypal?

Use the contact us link to reach out to the admins but there's not much they can do. You basically gave up your your rights to dispute anything in paypal by using the gift.

Thanks. I knew I had no recourse via PayPal. I guess I was just hoping he wasn’t suspended for scamming people on the marketplace or something. ;-p
