When IOS 5 finally comes out are you going to sync everything to your i device, or play with iOS first? can't figure out since it's going to erase everything on my device.
There really isn't much to play with. Once you have set up ICloud and the new notification system that's pretty much it. It's nice and all and I expect Apple have kept a few things out of the betas just for a nice surprise at the event![]()
Yup, this is what I'm thinking too. In addition to the Nuance voice technology, I think we'll see other cool stuff too. There's no way they revealed everything back in June.
I thought that the erasing prior to updating step was just to install the betas without a problem. Apple cant really expect after the public release that everyone will actually do this before each update. But I could be wrong. We'll find out soon enough.

I agree Reach9, like syncing game saves up to iCloud. Would be an awesome idea...I've got too many perfect levels completed in Cut The Rope

With iOS 5 syncing happens in the background: you can sync and play around at the same time![]()
I was under the impression that the initial download for iOS 5 would be a traditional iTunes download of the full OS, and the updates following 5.0.0 would be OTA delta updates.
