What to do when my iMac 24" arrives?

I personally have Norton Antivirus v10.1.

Judging by the response some users have a preference when it comes to anti-virus programs.

When I was a PC user at home I had to remove Norton because it slowed my system down to a crawl.
I have it installed on all three of my Mac's with no detectable slow down or problems.

There are no widespread viruses for OS X.

I've never had an anti-virus installed on all of my Macs. I feel sorry for my PC friends

What to do when your iMac arrives?

1. Dance a little jig because you just got an awesome computer!

2. Seriously, just test it out, make sure everything works, make sure there are no dead pixels, etc. After you've got it hooked up to the internet (very simple) you can use software update under the apple menu to get it up to date, if it already isn't.

3. Enjoy.

Ergo keyboard? As someone already said, no joy from Apple. You'll have to look elsewhere. And I don't know why everyone is dissing the speakers. They sound ok to me.

Heh, just listen to some good speakers like Sound Sticks and you will never want to listen to the built-in ones again
