I bought a movie from iTunes that was advertised as being on sale, but when I confirmed the purchase & checked my account, I was charged for the full price. I have received multiple e-mails from iTunes support (they actually have been pretty helpful), the last of which says I'm getting a full refund within 3-5 business days. Here's my dilemma. . .I never completely downloaded the entire movie because I was waiting for a response from them. I assumed they would just refund me the difference or at least have an "in-store" credit for my next purchase. It sounds like they're giving me back a full refund, but in the meantime, my account still shows I am able to download the movie! What's going on? I guess I expected them to remove the movie from "available downloads" or something like that. Has this happened to anyone else? What do I do? What happens when the movie is no longer on sale by the time I get my refund? I would have gone through all of this for nothing!
