why do you have to close all your apps ? it doesn't work this way. iPhone like other phones has good management in the background.
the only time i close apps is when they use my location and i already finished with them.

Well sometimes i have multiple apps open, would it be so bad to have an end all apps feature under the multitask? I think not..

I wouldn't mind the option to close all recent apps but I would prefer an option the limit the number displayed. Especially with iOS 7s card view, 15 is too many and defeats the purpose of quick access to a recently used app.

End all apps feature. Or hold down a button on the multitask and it closes apps and you can let go when you want to stop etc. This way you dont have to swipe one by one
Well, at least you can close 3 at a time in iOS 7. It is multi-touch after all ;)

This isn't a tweak, yet, but I'd really like to be able to swipe left, right, up, down while in folder zoom mode (the new folder look). You already zoom into a folder when its tapped so that would be a natural way to swipe to another adjacent folder, say if you accidentally tap the one next to it. I've already found myself doing so without thinking.

it is bad. in some cases you will have to load them all over again. when application in idle mode it's ok to leave it. i'm sure you won't mind to have icon there.
