What type of adapter is this?

I just dug through old boxes of cables and adapters and found this. Can anyone please tell me what these are? Thanks.

Video connectors.
On the left, is a DVI connector. Specifically, a DVI-I single-link, capable of carrying both analog and digital video signals.
The right is a VGA connector, which passes analog only.
