    Ram upgrade?

    or

    Hard drive upgrade?

If you had to pick one, which one would be best performance boost?

I have about $100 to spend and would like to upgrade one or the other.

If you like to run a lot of stuff at once and often see beachballs or slowdowns, then RAM would be better. Otherwise, a 7200 RPM hard drive would be better.

Hmmm ok thanks. Safari really lags when I have many tabs open. So if I upgrade 2 gigs of Ram, that should help performance eh?

I'm not too crazy of upgrading the internal drive, considering my computer is relatively new, I'll definitely pick up a cheap external drive for timemachine though.

    Thanks.
