iPad What upgrades could we see with iPad 11?

6GB RAM.

Laminated display or P3 color gamut?

More brightness? Not very possible, since the new Air is still at 500 nits.

Faster USB-C?

I hope we get an update later this year. I'm doubtful because of the recent discount with iPad 10.

I wouldn’t expect anything but SoC/RAM and maybe camera and base storage (if needed for AI features).

Yeah, I would expect Apple to also bump the base storage to 128GB. It's about time with apps and games getting bigger in size, and with the Air and Pro also getting bump in storage.
