What Volume Do You Listen To Your iPhone At?

I've heard the horror stories of tinnitus and try not to go above 50% no matter how much I'd like to
 
I'm usually at 50% unless I'm listening/watching something when my girlfriend has the TV on. Then I'll crank the volume up to 100%.
