I think its the third generation.

second generation had 8/16/32

In third, 16 was discontinued and it was 8,32,64.

It was 2nd. First was the one with 8/16/32, or something like that. My bad, according to Apple's website, it was 3rd generation.

3gs/3rd was the first 64 gb iicrc

i remember paying 399 for a 32 gb 2nd gen when it first came out and apple moving the 32 price to 299 the next year
