Paid off a 'big' loan I took out to help my Mum out. I won't ever see a penny of it again 🙁 I am massively out of pocket 😡

Bought my first place 🙂

Filled it with a 42" Plasma 😀

Switched to Mac!
Got my first proper job as an assistant photographer, and finally stopped being a lurker here at MR and started posting 😀

I quit my job to go back to university but before I left the company I worked for managed to win their first formula one race 😀 . Then I broke my leg so all in all it has been a mixed 2006!

graduated college, made my own decisions, finished my first semester of graduate school, and made it through knee surgery recovery while still maintaining good grades.

Had my first grandbaby, she's GORGEOUS. Then I got married to the grandmum. I talked my way into a huge raise so I may decide to stay where I am for another year.

Over all, a very good year and the prospects for another one look really good. So far.

Became an uncle for the second time.
Got a job (no more working for myself).
Met a girl I really like, and who likes me.

Pretty good year.

Survived my first year at university, and represented Australia during World Water Week in Stockholm where I got to meet the princess. Amazing experience 😀
