Normally it should be 0. But again, the factory might have forgotten to reset it so it is 1 instead.

Could also be that it registered a cycle for an update now that they can update them in the box.

Mine was also 1, but i think i checked only after installing the first update, before Battery Settings did not load.
Coconut battery says i have 103.4% health 🙂
