What was your best Apple purchase in 2007?

8GB iPhone

Hopefully next year's will be a new MacBook Pro... my Powerbook G4 is getting too old.

my MBP. my first mac and i have no idea what took so long for me to make the switch. i don't think i'll ever look back.

Toss up between my iPhone, which I'm using and enjoying a whole lot more than I initially thought I would, and an Airport Express for my girlfriend, which is perfect for her tiny apartment, eliminates the cables strewn across the floor to her speakers, and means I don't have to provide tech support for her crappyass Netgear router anymore. Only negative is the very limited amount of things you can stream over Airtunes...no movies or World of Warcraft is a bummer.

touch or imac

even tough my ipod touch is great, i will go with my 24in iMac with 3gb ram, love it dearly. it's amazing... however i am getting an iphone on the 25th so, we'll see what wins out iphone or iMac.

iPhone hands down

in answer to the OP's original question, the best purchase of 2007 for me was definately the iPhone!

Still wows people in pubs/bars/work even after 4 months of having it :D

Not MBP.
Not MB.
Not Leopard.
Not 80 gig iPod Classic.
Not AEBSn.

It's a tie: Apple TV and 8 gig iPhone.

(Crap. I spent a lot of money on Apples this year!)

Not a single Mac purchase this year! Shocking!

I did help my parents buy a new 20in iMac though, they are sexy:D

I am thinking about next year now.

My best purchase of 2008 will be the new 17" redesigned MacBook Pro:
- Dual 2.6 GHz Penryn processor Standard
- 200GB Hitachi @ 7200 rpm Standard
- Built-in Sprint WiMax/3G BTO
- Small internal SSD for OS BTO
- Hi res LED display BTO
- 512 MB GFX Card BTO
- HDMI/DVI mini port
- 2 USB ports, 1 FW400 ports, 1 FW800 port, 1 eSATA port
- Multi-touch trackpad with NO big button, and configurable for right click
- New remote that slides into Express Card 34 slot
- Same backlit keyboard, no Mac Book keys with fugly icons
- Magnetic latch from MacBook
- Slightly thicker design to allow for cooling and possible second HDD

Yeah... that will be my best purchase.
