Man In The Mirror
Dirty Diana
Earth Song

Do you think a Poll would have been a good option ?

WAY too many choices for a poll.

(Dirty Diana, Thriller, Wanna Be Starting Something and Beat It are my favorites BTW. Honorable mention: Jackson 5's "Can You Feel It".)

What was your favourite Michael Jackson song?

Thought I'd ask after reading this news article [BBC] about the new found popularity of Man In The Mirror.

I thought about making this a poll, but it would just be too long and I'd inevitably miss the one track you're looking for :p

Me, I'm undecided. I do love Man In The Mirror too though...

So many good ones.

Thriller
Smooth Criminal
Billie Jean
Dirty Diana
Bad
Man in the Mirror
Beat it
Back or White
Earth Song
Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'
The Way You Make Me Feel
Remember the Time
...and more...

Mine's actually one of his later songs... Butterflies. Also Man In The Mirror, Thriller, you know, all that stuff.... :)

EDIT: Incidentally, anyone know of a source for the Butterflies mix that has the hip-hop solo in the middle? The album version is just singing, but there's a version that played on the radio when that song came out that had a rap verse.

My favorite is not "his" Song, it's a rockwell song, "Somebody's Watching Me".

Yes! Yes! Forgot about this great gem-- loves it...

Hate, hate hate the song and video Thriller. Completely overrated.

Love, love love Wanna Be Startin' Somethin'. How can anyone not feel:

Ma Ma Se,
Ma Ma Sa, Ma Ma Coo Sa
Ma Ma Se, Ma Ma Sa,
Ma Ma Coo Sa

Can't stand his videos-- just overblown and over-budgeted spectacles, BUT In The Closet was superb. Shot by the amazing Herb Ritts and co-starring the then beautiful but already crazy Naomi Campbell, this was sleek and slick and showcased Michael as I would prefer him-- stripped off all his tacky costumes and silly spectacles. (Would have love to see how In The Closet would have been, visually and aurally, had he worked with Madonna on it, as originally intended. But apparently, she rejected the collaboration because Michael only wanted a provocative title for the song, while Madonna wanted a provocative song and image for the video.)
