What WatchOS for 9.3.3?

Just bought an Apple Watch off of CL. Unfortunately, its running v3 (i assume) and my iphone is 9.3.3.. Jailbroken, which i desperately need (tethering, i get no internet at home).

I understand I can send back to get downgraded right? To what version do I get it downgraded to?

EDIT: Spoke to apple support. They're saying this option doesnt exist anymore??

You can only get a developer account beta downgraded to the current signed version.
