What We Need... (Backups)

We need a backup application with Disk Utility built in so it can mount the backup drive, run the backup, and then unmount the drive when it's done. That way I wouldn't have to wait for my backup drive to spin up every time I want to use a save dialogue. If someone wrote an app like that or found me one it would honestly make my mostly uneventful day! 🙂

I've used SuperDuper, but it can't mount and unmount the drives. You can put in UNIX scripts but when it goes to load up the backup scheme it errors out saying that it can't find the destination drive before it can run the script to mount the drive.
