What week was your iPhone 5 Manufactured

38 (September)

i did the online reservation on monday, 9/24 and picked it up 9/25. thats pretty quick production to store times.
 
just got my shipment confirmation for my replacement. Original preorder was week 37 with a couple nicks in the band and some light scratches on glass... my replacement is a MD model produced in week 39.
 
Week 36. Delivered on release day. 64 GB black from Chendu-Foxconn. No nicks, scratches, etc. Flawless out of the box. Purple haze and keyboard lines when entering itunes passwords. Besides that, good to go.

I have the white 16GB... it has no dent or scratches(touching wood)... and from chinese factory

Anyone with a ND model number ? Is that just indicating its a replacement unit ?
 
I'm a little concerned, mine had two noticeable nicks on the top chamfered edge (DN, week 33) and I've since called to have it replaced. However, it seems week 38 and F1 (Foxconn?) are a bad combo. And, lucky me, that's what the serial info is telling me the replacement is. This is a 64 GB white model, incidentally. I hope other week 38 or F1 factory produced iPhone owners aren't having too many issues?

Seems to be perfect. Att store got it last night, I bought it this morning...
 
Can anyone that has bought one in the store last few days confirm they are now only getting week 39 phones?

I have bought one on launch day which was a week 38 phone and had scuffs out of the box, but dont want to return it until im sure ill get a week 39 or newer phone.

I figure apple heard about the scuff issues right after launch, and told their manufacturers to get it fixed on week 39.
