What will the next iOS bring ?

is there any information on what the next iOS 10.xxx or iOS 11 whatever the next iteration is gonna be, what would it bring ? is there any news on that part ? And when will it be announced June to be released in Fall ?

I have not seen any rumors for iOS 11. It will demo during the WWDC conference in June and be available public in September.

You think? Perhaps I'm wrong, but I believe it just tells us what we already know. iPhone 5 (A6) will be dropped and iPhone 5s (A7 and beyond) will continue.

The last two conditions are already true with current iOS versions. The last single core chip Apple made was the A4, and the last version of iOS that supported an A4 device was iOS 7. Same goes for devices with less than 1 GB of RAM. The last devices that fit this description were the iPhone 4S, iPad 2, iPad mini, and iPod Touch 5th gen. All these devices got dropped when iOS 10 came out.

So the only new item is no 32-bit support. I agree this is likely since iOS 10.3 has already started calling out 32-bit apps and notifying users they may not work on future versions of iOS. Pretty strong hint if you ask me.
