If Apple does not offer any sort of recall or replacement program and says that iOS 4.1 solves the problem to a point they see fit, what will you do?

Too bored of Android, so to Palm Pre it is? It needs some serious updates, but I like the phone itself. I'll miss the App's, but at least I have an iPod Touch - more reliable than the phone.
