Apple's Preview app... it's in your Applications folder.

Or if you don't like Apple's preview (free), there is Smile's software PDF Pen. It is awesome!

As has been mentioned - Preview app - I use it all the time for screenshots, cropping etc. No problems.
But; Preview will not open very large PDFs that I have. I have to resort to using Acrobat Reader which opens them instantly.
