I noticed that it doesn't glide across the surface very smoothly.

I was thinking of Apple Trackpad because you can zoom with two fingers. Is there a way to zoom in the page (besides maps, which can be done with the scroll button) with Logitech MX?

I second the other guy. My magic mouse is my backup but not my primary one. Using a logitech "gaming" mouse because of the extra buttons which is super helpful in photoshop.

Another for the Logitech MX Master. I have one at home and work. Apparently there is a Mac specific version out now, but no issues so far with the standard version.

I used to wonder who would buy the trackpad instead of the mouse. Then after getting my MBP as a work computer and getting familiar with the trackpad on the laptop, I understand it now. I ordered my new iMac with the trackpad instead of the mouse. I love the extra gesures you have, and also really like how the pad stays in one spot...rather than sliding a mouse all over the place.

How much more does cost to get the trackpad instead of magic mouse with the iMac?

I'm one that happens to like the apple mouse. I used to use it on my work windows pc which took some effort. My goal isn't to start a war of love/hate the mouse. Just noting there are various opinions on the subject. All equally valuable.

I've found the apple mouse tracks very well on all surfaces except some glass ones. Anything pretty much substitutes as a pad, including a sheet of paper.

I now use Razer mice at work due to the issues configuring pc/magic mouse. I've never understood the expensive mouse pads they sell. I'm not really their target market to be fair, so knowing the benefits is probably lost on me.
