What would cause this problem with Youtube ( using Safari )

If I load a Youtube clip - the screen starts as it should. I can see the progress button moving fine - then it snaps back to the beginning. This then repeats.

Had the same problem once. Do you have the latest flash version? (To check, visit http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/)

If updating doesn't help try an safari extension that converts flash to html5, like FlashToHTML5.
