What would happen if I put 2 2GB SO-DIMMS in a Core Duo mini?

Well, the title says it all. Would it only address 3.25 gigs, or would it just not physically work?

It'd only see the 3.3~ GB. If the clock is right, it should work.

You need a Core 2 Duo for that.

Core Duo is 2GB max. (1GB per RAM slot)

It was 3.3GB in a C2D MB, but when the computer used up the entire 3.3GB and started asking for the remaining there were stability issues. However in this case the maximum will be 2GB, as noted. That just means it's a cheaper upgrade for you though
