What would you say a normal MBP, 9 months old cycle/charge total amount ratio is??

Hi all i have a 9month old MBP which looking at the battery cycles info in coconut is not in a dire situation, i'm just curious as to what i can do to slow down the inevitable

especially in the last 7 days i have lost 4% of my battery total charge amount :S
