What's a Decent Lab Management Software?

We are currently in the process of ordering and getting, a 35 station i7 27" iMac lab. We have ordered DeepFreeze along with the computers so that maintenance ought to be easy enough. What we are looking for though, is something that will require different logins for different folks, and (preferably) record how much time they are on the computers each month.

Anything like this? I have been looking at Casper Suite but I'm not sure if that is overkill or even what we need.

We are going to have hundreds of users pouring in each month, here and there doing this and that? would we make an account on each iMac for each of them?
