Whats a good organizer for the Mac?

Something where I can put events in, and get alerts or something. Anything besides the Cal app already on there?

What is wrong with iCal? It can sync with Google calendar, and through some work exchange, most phones, including blackberry, palm pre and iphone.

Is it missing something you need? It is a pretty decent calendar as it is.
