What's a good speed test app for iPad?

Agreed. I've used Speedtest since the iPad 2 days. It's the best around.

If you read the requirements for the app, you'll see it states "iPad."

It works on the iPad, but the OP is stating it isn't designed for the iPad screen, which it's not.
