Guys, One more question about "Text-to-speech Service"

My 3GS upgraed with iOS5 doesn't have that feature.
(I currently stay in South Korea.)
I don't see any mic icon next to space button in message app's keypad.

1) Is that a service only for iPhone4S with iOS5?

2) It seems that this feature is overlapped with Siri service.
What's the difference between this service and Siri service in sending a
SMS on a voice basis??

Thanks

It seems Apple thinks all of those millions of iPhone 4 owners need to be tempted to put their lives at risk while driving. Is that not amazing?

yes the text to speech uses Siri, and as such is only available on the iPhone 4S

yeah because if you're stupid enough to text while driving, thats clearly Apple's fault.
