Whats going on?

Hi, as you can tell im pretty new here but im not new to the forums things.

When I start Diablo 2 lord of destruction it would automatically go to the Menu Screen and everything is in a box all scrambled and stuff

I will try and get a screenshot of it

Go into the game prefs and tell it to use software rendering or something.. maybe it's Open GL. select the other option.
