Everything was included for me, just updated mine this morning.

Yep

I use IMAP email, but the mail backup wasn't an issue, but it backed everything up completely for me

I had to turn off some default settings (wifi and location services) after, but everything else came through like a charm. Be sure to sync before you upgrade though.
