Whats my MP worth?

Was looking for suggestions on what people think this machine is worth as i may sell it in the near future. Thanks in advance.

Mac Pro 5,1 (Mid 2010 not flashed 2009)
8 core 3.46ghz X5677's
28gb Ram
AMD Radeon R9 280x 3gb
120gb PCI-E OWC raid SSD
2x 1tb Hdd's
1x 2tb Hdd
1x 500gb Hdd

Good condition case with only a few marks and runs beautifully under OS X and windows 10.

I would hazard that that is worth about $1499.00

mac2sell.net seems to think $1950.00. That seems a bit high to me, but maybe that is fair. My price sense is probably ruined by seeing the prices of all those flashed 2009's on eBay.

I have a MacPro 3,1 and am itching to upgrade (but have no money). This would be my dream machine if I could afford it.

I took a quick look at 2010 MP completed sales on Ebay because I figure that's a good way to see what things have actually sold for.

Mostly I'm confused though. I see a 12 core w/ GTX 680 sold for a whopping $2300, but several 8-cores didn't sell at all for an asking price of $850-$900. And yet a few 8-cores sold for $1000-$1500. The $1500 still had the stock 5770. I don't get it.

I think your setup is worth about $1500, but from what I see on Ebay, I also think that your selling price may vary wildly based on luck and timing.

If the video card is flashed with a Mac EFI, I would mention so. That adds real value that people pay for.

Personally I think used drives are nearly worthless, even the OWC RAID. I doubt those add much at all to the resale value.
