You have to update one by one in order. There is no full installer beyond PB1/DP1.

Haven't run into any new features or changes per se yet but the build has been solid for me so far. No issues at all on a 2014 MBPr.

Interface builder hangs on Xcode 7 beta

The Graphite GUI seems to be improved in DP6.
