What’s new in home pop up never goes away

I am on iOS 17.1. The home app always gives the same ”what’s new in home” dialogue even 5ought I already dismissed it several time already. It happen on all my devices (Mac, iPad iPhone). Anyone else or this is just me.

Yes, it’s happening to me as well. I believe it has to do with HomeBridge. I’m using a Ring plug-in to display video in HomeKit. Whenever I access a stream and then close the connection, the same “what’s new in home” pop-up appears.
