The iPad mini line seems to exist for the purpose of being the budget iPad range. I don't see them getting the same treatment as the iPad Pros (unless Apple decides to create a more expensive iPad Pro mini product line?).
Hey I have the iPad mini 4 too. Do you find that it feels slightly sluggish? It feels like that to me especially the Touch ID which is so much faster on the 6s. But also the processor feels slower.

The iPhone 6S has a newer A9 CPU in it that is faster, and as said above it also has faster Touch ID too. So your iPad may very well feel slower next to it.
Didn’t Steve Jobs once say Apple would sell a stylus for a tablet over “his dead body”? Then what happened? He died, and Apple started selling stylii. Coincidence?!?
